been active in the country since 2024 through the <strong>VIVAL S.p.A<\/strong> joint venture with the same partner. <\/em><\/p>\n\n<p>Rome, July 23, 2025 \u2013 The <strong>FECS Group<\/strong> continues its path of internationalization and sustainable development with a new industrial agreement signed by <strong>Stemin S.p.A.<\/strong> and <strong>Condor Electronics<\/strong> on the occasion of the I<strong>taly\u2013Algeria Business Forum 2025<\/strong>, held in Rome on July 23.<\/p>\n\n<p>The newly established <strong>joint venture<\/strong> aims to create a <strong>circular aluminium supply chain<\/strong> in Algeria, with the following core objectives:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>installation of plants for the selection and smelting of aluminium scrap;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>training of local workforce;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>achievement of international certifications for export to the European market.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<p>\u201c<em>With this agreement, we aim to bring to Algeria an industrial model that has already proven successful in Europe: turning waste into resources through advanced technologies and a sustainable approach<\/em>,\u201d said <strong>Olivo Foglieni<\/strong>, Chairman of the FECS Group and President of Stemin S.p.A.<\/p>\n\n<p>Also attending the Forum were the two CEOs of<strong> Radiatori 2000 S.p.A.<\/strong>, representing the company\u2019s ongoing operations in Algeria through <strong>VIVAL S.p.A.<\/strong>, the joint venture launched in 2024 with Condor Electronics for the local production of aluminium radiators.<\/p>\n\n<p>FECS Group\u2019s participation in the 2025 Forum reaffirms its commitment to fostering <strong>long-term industrial partnerships<\/strong> based on innovation, sustainability,
