FECS Group: operational continuity following the<\/strong> COVID-19 Emergency<\/b><\/p>\n

Verdellino, <\/strong>March 28, 2020 <\/strong>\u2013 In light of the provisions in the Decree of March 25, 2020, we inform that the activities of the Group continue to be operational except for the foundry division and its related services of the companies Radiatori 2000 S.p.A (BG), Stemin S.p.A (BG), and Alluminio Italia srl (AV).<\/p>\n

FECS Group has closely followed the developments of the spread of COVID-19 and has timely adopted all necessary preventive, control, and containment measures at all its national and European locations.<\/p>\n

FECS Group has implemented all required measures to ensure that its personnel can carry out their work in the best possible conditions. In addition, constant sanitization of offices, production departments, machinery, and vehicles has been carried out, with the awareness that safeguarding the health and well-being of our human resources remains the top priority.<\/p>\n

It is also noted that the activities of the Engineering, Administration, Commercial Services, and back-office teams remain operational in agile and\/or smart work modes, a solution adopted to ensure continuous customer service. Shifts and working hours at the various production sites have been appropriately adjusted to minimize contact and maintain the necessary safety distances.<\/p>\n

Additionally, we are making sure that staff utilize any remaining vacation days as the total available hours are substantial.<\/p>\n

To date, the financial situation is stable.<\/p>\n

Collections are regular, and the available funds allow us to meet the group’s commitments.<\/p>\n

Furthermore, for some companies, we have requested the possibility to continue operating, as they are part of essential activities ensuring the supply chain, and we will gradually restart production where permitted.<\/p>\n

We will provide updates and\/or any relevant information as needed.<\/p>\n
