{"id":14536,"date":"2018-07-03T12:51:51","date_gmt":"2018-07-03T10:51:51","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.fecs.it\/2018\/07\/interview-with-olivo-foglieni-vice-president-of-confindustria-bergamo-with-responsibility-for-infrastructure-environment-and-safety\/"},"modified":"2025-03-19T10:42:47","modified_gmt":"2025-03-19T09:42:47","slug":"interview-with-olivo-foglieni-vice-president-of-confindustria-bergamo-with-responsibility-for-infrastructure-environment-and-safety","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.fecs.it\/en\/2018\/07\/interview-with-olivo-foglieni-vice-president-of-confindustria-bergamo-with-responsibility-for-infrastructure-environment-and-safety\/","title":{"rendered":"Interview with Olivo Foglieni, Vice President of Confindustria Bergamo, with responsibility for Infrastructure, Environment and Safety"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>&#8220;<em>There is no economic development without planning, and there is no planning without having put in place the infrastructures that allow us to operate.<\/em>&#8221; This is how <strong>Olivo Foglieni, Vice President of Confindustria Bergamo<\/strong>, comments on the issue of the freight railway terminal.<\/p>\n\n<p>The issue is still unresolved, but efforts are underway to find a solution as soon as possible, as the situation risks causing significant harm to local manufacturing businesses <strong>due to the lack of or delayed authorizations<\/strong> for exceptional transports.<\/p>\n\n<p>For these reasons, a <em>position paper <\/em>has been formulated, proposing a set of priorities based on five criteria:<\/p>\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>urgency<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>economic coverage<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>speed of implementation<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>administrative simplicity<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>connection value<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n<div class=\"embed-wrapper\">\n    <iframe class=\"youtube-embed\" data-consent=\"analytics\" data-src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube-nocookie.com\/embed\/SZ1HN_v-X6o?si=efb3nUPl4IMam1Ej&#038;rel=0\" style=\"width:100%;height:auto;aspect-ratio:16\/10;padding:0;margin:0;border:0;\" allowfullscreen=\"\"><\/iframe>\n    <div class=\"placeholder\"><i>In order to view the content, change the Cookie settings at the bottom left.<\/i><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n<p><strong>Regarding the environment and safety delegation<\/strong>, the priorities are the protection of health and safety in the workplace and providing support to businesses to ensure they operate in compliance with environmental standards.<\/p>\n\n<p>A significant project is the WHP (Workplace Health Promotion) shared with ATS of Bergamo, which focuses on actions aimed at improving the health and well-being of workers within companies.
