The Foglieni family is one of the founding members of the San Giuliano Onlus Foundation, which has been active since 2003 in the Ciserano and Zingonia area to meet the needs of elderly people and those with reduced self-sufficiency. As a non-profit organization, it promotes social solidarity and public welfare in the fields of social and healthcare assistance. The Foundation operates two day centers for the elderly (70 places), 10 protected mini-apartments, and home care services (SAD) in partnership with municipalities in the Province of Bergamo, employing around 60 professionals, including doctors and nurses.

Olivo Foglieni, President of the S.O.S. Association (Solidarity in Oncology San Marco-Zingonia), proudly leads this organization that supports cancer research. Founded in 2013 by doctors and healthcare professionals from the San Marco Polyclinic, the Association is dedicated to the fight against cancer, aiming to combine medical excellence with compassionate care. It offers concrete support to patients and their families, with the mission of making quality care a cornerstone for those facing this difficult journey.

The Foglieni family is a founding member of the FROM Foundation, established in 2008 to support medical research at the Papa Giovanni XXIII Hospital in Bergamo. The Foundation is committed to creating an environment that fosters active participation from healthcare professionals in national and international research. Its goal is to enhance and optimize research projects across all hospital departments, ensuring the immediate application of research results in clinical practice, thus contributing to the continuous improvement of the care provided.

Stemin S.p.A and Radiatori 2000 S.p.A are the main sponsors of Virtus CiseranoBergamo 1909 S.r.l., an amateur football club recognized as a key reference in provincial and regional youth football. “Virtus,” deeply rooted in the area from Ciserano to the Seriana Valley, boasts over 600 athletes spread across 28 teams, promoting the importance of sports values to new generations.

Olivo Foglieni directly represents Confindustria Bergamo at the ENFAPI Professional Training Center, an initiative created in Treviglio by Confindustria Bergamo and BCC Treviglio. The school, dedicated to promoting technical and professional skills, currently hosts about 300 students, offering high-quality training programs aimed at directly integrating young people into the workforce.

The Foglieni family, together with the Lombardy Region, has launched an experimental project to build 33 apartments for people facing economic difficulties, offering affordable rents. The project, managed directly by the family with support from the CasAmica organization, is committed to providing accessible and dignified housing solutions.
