Following the announcement made on 30 July, the project dedicated to the memory of Nicole Foglieni has now entered its operational phase: applications are open for five scholarships for university students living in the Municipality of Ciserano.
The initiative, promoted by FECS Group together with the Foglieni family, Project Nicky ETS Association and the Municipality of Ciserano, aims to transform Nicole’s memory into a concrete opportunity to support education and the future of younger generations.

Thanks to a €5,000 donation from FECS Group, five scholarships worth €1,000 each have been established to help cover expenses related to the university studies of high-achieving students.
The initiative is part of the 2026/2027 Right to Education Plan, approved by the Municipality of Ciserano through Municipal Council Resolution No. 24 of 28 July 2026.
How the scholarships will be awarded
The ranking will be drawn up on the basis of a total score of 100 points, made up of two components:
- Academic merit – up to 60 points, based on the weighted average grade and the regularity of the university course, calculated according to the number of ECTS credits earned;
- Financial situation – up to 40 points, based on the ISEE indicator, with a higher score awarded to applicants in lower income brackets.
In the event of a tie, the preference criteria set out in the call for applications will apply, starting with the higher weighted average grade, followed by the lower ISEE value and the higher number of ECTS credits earned.
The assessment of applications and the preparation of the final ranking will be entrusted to a Technical Committee appointed by the Municipality.
The Committee will also include a representative appointed by FECS Group and the President of the Project Nicky ETS Association, or a person appointed by them, together with a member appointed by the Municipality.
A project looking to the future
The five scholarships represent the tangible outcome of a project created to keep Nicole’s memory alive through the values she believed in: knowledge, education and personal growth.
For FECS Group, supporting students’ educational journeys means investing in people and contributing to the growth of the communities in which the company operates.
The collaboration between the Foglieni family, Project Nicky ETS Association and the Municipality of Ciserano makes it possible to turn a memory into a concrete opportunity, giving continuity to a project centred on young people and their future.
