Rome, July 23, 2025 – The FECS Group continues its path of internationalization and sustainable development with a new industrial agreement signed by Stemin S.p.A. and Condor Electronics on the occasion of the Italy–Algeria Business Forum 2025, held in Rome on July 23.

The newly established joint venture aims to create a circular aluminium supply chain in Algeria, with the following core objectives:

  • installation of plants for the selection and smelting of aluminium scrap;
  • training of local workforce;
  • achievement of international certifications for export to the European market.

With this agreement, we aim to bring to Algeria an industrial model that has already proven successful in Europe: turning waste into resources through advanced technologies and a sustainable approach,” said Olivo Foglieni, Chairman of the FECS Group and President of Stemin S.p.A.

Also attending the Forum were the two CEOs of Radiatori 2000 S.p.A., representing the company’s ongoing operations in Algeria through VIVAL S.p.A., the joint venture launched in 2024 with Condor Electronics for the local production of aluminium radiators.

FECS Group’s participation in the 2025 Forum reaffirms its commitment to fostering long-term industrial partnerships based on innovation, sustainability, and shared growth between Italy and North Africa.
